I have been a primary school teacher for over 11 years, within which I was an Assistant Headteacher for 3 years. On my return to work after having my son, my request to change roles within my school’s federation was accepted and I am currently the school’s SENDco, Deputy Safeguarding Lead and teacher part-time. I feel that my experience to date has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to become an effective Associate Governor for Pathfield School.

My son now attends Pathfield School and I am keen to see the school maintain and develop its excellent reputation. I am excited at the prospect of learning more in this role and being a part of an enthusiastic team, who share the same ethos.
